Welcome to Scheer Décor
Scheer Décor, a boutique interior design firm founded by Jennifer Scheer, creates custom interiors that are stylish yet comfortable for client lifestyles.
With a penchant for iconic fabrics & furnishings and a love of stylish homes, Jennifer transitioned into interior design following a career in advertising and brand development with extensive creative project management experience. Inspired by living in Boston, Chicago, New York, San Francisco, summers in
coastal Maine and travels throughout Europe, her timeless aesthetic combines sophisticated elegance with a nod to the joy of relaxing with family & friends.
Alongside interior design projects, Jennifer designs a line of decorative home accessories •Decorum• inspired by iconic designer fabrics and featured in House Beautiful, HGTV Magazine, Joss & Main and the Boston Sunday Globe.

Educated at Northwestern University and the Academy of Art San Francisco,
Jennifer is a lifelong student of art, design, music and the decorative arts. In her free time, she can be found sketching or photographing her surroundings, immersed in design magazines or dreaming up her next project's design.
Jennifer is involved with Heading Home to Dinner, Boston DesignSalon and belongs to the Boston Design Center and DesignHQ at MerchMart Chicago.

both to-the-trade and retail showrooms, and working with the right craftspeople for your project, Scheer Décor tailors our services to your needs to create the optimal mix for you. We can work with you to develop a design plan to install in phases or fully execute your entire home design to create the ideal vision for you and your family.
